How to advertise your services.
- - Login to the web site using your credentials
  - Navigate to "Services" page using left side menu
  - Click "Create New" button at the left top corner of the page
  - Fill in all service related data and save it. Be aware that new service is never active by default. You will need to activate it once you are ready to start advertising campaign
  - Once new service is created find it in the list of services and click "Edit" link.
  - Select "Service Areas" tab at the top of "Service Properties" page. You need to specify at least one locality your service is available in otherwise users won't be able to find it. Search on ServiceDonkey.com.au always asks users to specify locality they would like to find service in.
  - If you want to have picture displayed for your service select "Service Pictures" tab at the top of "Service Properties" page. Using "Add new" button you can upload a new picture to be displayed for your service. You can upload up to 3 pictures per service.
  - Once you finished specifying all service properties you can preview how users will see it by clicking "Preview" link from Service List.
  - When you ready start advertising of this service activate it by clicking "Activate" link in Service list. Please make sure you've got enough funds on your account otherwise your services won't be displayed in search results even if they have status "Active"
How to make a payment.
- We strongly advise you always to pay attention to the recommended payment amount and date displayed at the top of most of your secure pages like “Payments”. To make sure your advertising is not suspended at any time make your next payment at least week before recommended date. ServiceDonkey.com.au accepts payments only via PayPal or bank deposits. Our preferred payment method is PayPal. Whether you’ve got an existing PayPal account or would like to make payment using your credit card it is easy to do using PayPal. When making payment using PayPal allow us up to 24 hours to proceed your payment. If your advertising was suspended because your account balanced reached zero and you are making payment to resume it suspended services usually become active next day after payment was made starting form 8:00AM. ServiceDonkey.com.au normally doesn’t refund any money you’ve paid as a subscription to our services. Any money deposited onto your account have an expiration period of one year starting from date payment was made. Please note that we do not store any sensitive financial data on our servers.
How to search for services?
- ServiceDonkey.com.au services are split into categories. To start your search you need to select what service category you would like to start with. Next step will be to select Australian state, region and locality you would like to find a service in. If search engine can not find enough results in specified locality it will display also results found using postcode or region searched locality belongs to.
How to request a service or free quote from service provider?
- Once you found service you’ve searched for you can add it to short list. This allows you to submit request for multiple services from different Service Providers in one operation. You can also request service without adding it to short list. To request a service you need to be registered ServiceDonkey.com.au user. Registration is very simple and shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes. As a registered user you will be able to request services, contact Service Providers, review your service request statuses, accept or reject Service Provider offers, receive automatic emails when any of your service requests changes its status, leave a feedback for Service Providers.
