   4. your use of the ServiceDonkey.com.au Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
   You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. Otherwise Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated
4. Registration and Subscription. You may register for some ServiceDonkey.com.au Services at no cost. As a registered user you will have the ability to participate in some, but not all, of the features and services available within the Service. In order to access additional features and services you must become a paying subscriber to the Service. Term and Termination.
   This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Service. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt by us of your written or email notice of termination. We may immediately terminate your membership and your access to the Service at any time because you have breached this Agreement and will send you notice of termination at the email address you provide in your application for membership. 5. You agree to tell the Company immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim or issue legal proceedings against you relating to your use of the Service and you must, at our request, immediately stop the act or acts complained

7. The Company will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of cookie and personal information. All such information will be stored on a password protected secure server.
8. The Company will regularly review developments in security and encryption technology. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Accordingly, although ServiceDonkey.com.au strives to protect such information, the Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to or from our Web site.
9. Fees. You acknowledge that ServiceDonkey.com.au reserves the right to charge for the ServiceDonkey.com.au Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If you are unhappy with any subscription fee changes you may terminate your membership by writing to our address listed below or by sending us an email at customer.support@servicedonkey.com.au. If ServiceDonkey.com.au terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.
10. Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify ServiceDonkey.com.au immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
11. If you are in breach of any of these terms, the Company may delete Your profile and your Membership may be terminated
12. The Company may at its sole discretion refuse to accept or process information provided by you where it believes:
    1. that you were not duly entitled to provide that information; or
    2. the information has been provided in a manner that is not consistent with the ordinary use of the Service; or
    3. you have otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.
13. The Service is accessed via the Worldwide Web, which is independent of the Service and the Company. The Company is not responsible or liable for your use of the Worldwide Web, which is governed by your contract with your internet service provider.
14. Other than as previously stated in these terms and conditions, the Company does not provide any warranties as to the accuracy or otherwise of the information that it provides as part of the Service.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for all purposes in connection with the website and its services.
